Rippling consolidated HR, payroll, benefits, and device provisioning into a single system, creating a single source of truth and automating reporting. The change helped o8t save about 10 hours per month on payroll and IT tasks (including roughly three hours per new hire for laptop setup), deferred the need to hire additional admin staff, and enabled Fullstack to efficiently run outsourced payroll for clients; Rippling’s centralized data and automation improved collaboration and accuracy between o8t and Fullstack.
