The organisation needed a confidential, accessible way to deliver financial education, saving and loan options and communicate them effectively to many non-desk workers, so employees could get support without stigma or complexity.
Reward Gateway launched a dedicated financial wellbeing hub alongside its existing benefits platform and supported the roll‑out with a targeted online and offline communications campaign (including posters, emails and senior‑leader buy‑in); adding Neyber further increased engagement. The result: regular monthly visits to the hub, registrations for the benefits platform doubled year‑on‑year, employee spend through discounts rose by over £2 million and employees saved around £190,000 — demonstrating Reward Gateway’s measurable impact on engagement and financial wellbeing.
