Cover-More, a travel insurer with 2,000+ employees across 17 locations, needed to bolster employee wellbeing and connection after rapid global growth so staff could continue delivering empathetic, high-quality customer service. Using Reward Gateway, Cover-More launched “Altitude,” giving employees eCards for live recognition, company news and retail discounts. Two years in, wellbeing rose 8.6% to a record 69, employee engagement improved, and staff have saved over $30,300 through discounts; recognition now flows across teams via Altitude’s recognition wall, supported by regular performance reports and ongoing vendor guidance from Reward Gateway.
