Atos, a global technology company of about 9,600 employees, faced low engagement with a fragmented perks offering and needed a single, relevant benefits platform to reach a diverse workforce and become a “Great Place to Work.” To address this challenge, Atos partnered with Reward Gateway and in 2014 launched the Prosper platform to centralize employee recognition and discounts.

Reward Gateway implemented Prosper with features like discounts, Childcare Vouchers, gym offers, peer-to-peer eCards, monetary awards, an Atos Star/Hall of Fame, and wellbeing integrations (including Barclays digital banking appointments). The result: 75% employee engagement, $6.2M spent through the platform, average employee savings of $1,300 per year, a perks rating of 5/5 from staff, and strong wellbeing uptake (60+ bookings on launch day).
