Recycle 2 Support (R2S), a Texas‑based recycling organization with 350 employees across 12 locations, needed to better connect its dispersed, largely offline workforce to the company mission and improve its Employee Value Proposition. Reward Gateway’s Rock It solution delivered a branded, mobile‑accessible hub for company news, charity giving, employee discounts, on‑the‑spot surveys and values‑based recognition eCards. Within the first month 72% of employees self‑registered and 130 peer‑to‑peer eCards were sent in the first week, helping R2S create a stronger culture of recognition, increase engagement and connect frontline staff to the company’s purpose.
