Recruitment company consolidates perks into one-stop hub and relaunch perks brand, reducing employee turnover by 17%

SThree, a global recruitment firm with 800 office-based employees, faced low morale and high turnover after global restructuring. Their existing perks were scattered across multiple platforms and underutilised, and with a modest budget they needed a simpler, more engaging total rewards experience. To address this they renewed their partnership with Reward Gateway, keeping employee discounts and adding an employee engagement platform to consolidate benefits.

Reward Gateway built and launched a branded “SThree Benefits” hub that centralised all perks, supported by a roadshow, in‑office sessions, onboarding communication and a Product Ambassador during rollout. The consolidated platform drove measurable engagement gains: unique logins +252%, discount orders +267% and employee savings +431%; 93% now say SThree is a great place to work and turnover fell by 17%. Reward Gateway also enabled new gym discounts and a finance offering and will expand recognition tools within the hub.
