Missguided, a popular retailer, partnered with Reward Gateway to run its employee engagement platform "Wanna" (featuring employee discounts, communications and recognition). One year after launch, Missguided’s challenge was to make the Wanna brand more memorable and relevant to increase awareness and participation and to become the primary internal communications channel, after employees asked for simpler, timelier communication.

Reward Gateway helped Missguided refresh Wanna’s look and functionality — using hero stories, blog-style instant news, weekly giveaways, booking portals and in-office posters, and applying social-media tactics to drive traffic. The results were significant: May 2019 recorded 7,074 logins (97% of head office) — a 126% increase year‑on‑year — blog readership grew 787% in 12 months, and employee survey scores showed strong engagement (92% care about the company, 86% proud to work there, 79% usually happy, 80% would recommend).
