Reward Gateway implemented the My Extras platform, added a prominent health and wellbeing section, ran a "You said, we did" campaign and introduced Cycle to Work and Childcare Voucher schemes; as a result 75% of staff engaged with the platform, employees spent £1,120,000 through Reward Gateway saving £110,000 (a 36% year‑on‑year increase), 72% now feel they are offered a good range of benefits, there were 250 Cycle to Work applications, staff saved £120,000 via Childcare Vouchers in 12 months, and the scheme delivered nearly 6x return on investment while boosting mental‑health conversations and positive media attention.
