NAHL Group, an umbrella organisation of four separate businesses across four offices, faced siloed working and low engagement across its teams. To create a single source of truth and build togetherness, NAHL partnered with Reward Gateway to relaunch its employee engagement platform (branded internally as "SourceIt!"), bringing together news, HR resources, discounts and recognition in one place.

Reward Gateway collaborated on the platform redesign, adding a news blog, HR library, photo gallery, a Wellbeing Centre, peer-to-peer eCards, instant monetary awards, a social recognition wall and a focused communications plan with champions and roadshows. The relaunch drove measurable impact: unique monthly visits rose 276%, average returning users reached 82%, eCards sent increased 182% in six months, and employee survey scores improved markedly (ability to recognise colleagues 60.4% → 94.9%; teamwork and fun 54.0% → 85.0%; clarity of company goals 77.9% → 94.0%).
