NAHL Group, an umbrella group of four organisations across three divisions and four offices, wanted employee recognition to support its people strategy and bring the business closer together. Its incumbent programme was financially driven and did not recognise good behaviours or reinforce company values, so NAHL Group moved to Reward Gateway for a values-based recognition offering.
Reward Gateway added recognition to NAHL Group’s SourceIt! platform, giving employees access to peer-to-peer eCards, values-based awards, top-down instant awards, and a social recognition wall. The new programme increased overall engagement from 60% in 2017 to 81% in 2018, drove a 182% increase in eCards sent, and raised the share of employees who agreed they could recognise and reward colleagues from 60.4% to 94.9%.
