Amtico, a global leader in luxury vinyl tiles with 525 employees across eight locations, asked Reward Gateway to centralize its fragmented employee discounts and boost engagement, particularly among a largely shop‑floor, male demographic (aged 35–50) with varying IT skills. Prior to partnership, discounts were managed by multiple suppliers and internal communications were weak, undermining Amtico’s Employee Value Proposition and motivation beyond salary.
Reward Gateway delivered a branded MyAmtico hub built around its SmartSpending™ discounts platform, curating relevant offers, digitizing gift cards and adding self‑service, communications and recognition features (including a rewards-for-ideas programme). The result: 496 of 525 employees (95%) signed up, employees have spent over $1.3m through the platform and saved $102.6k to date, and HR admin burden has been significantly reduced as the MyAmtico hub became a central engagement and communications platform.
