Freightways Group operates logistics and freight management companies across Australia and New Zealand, with 800+ employees in Australia across TIMG, Shred-X and Med-X. The company needed a better way to connect the three sister businesses, create a more unified culture, and give employees a consistent source of information, benefits and communications.

Freightways Group worked with Reward Gateway to build The Hive, a customized hub for employee communications, discounts, reward and recognition, and wellbeing resources. Within the first week, 85% of employees logged in, and within two months employees sent over 1,200 eCards. In the first year, employees sent over 2,300 eCards, more than $2,000 worth of rewards, and spent over $220,000 in the Honey Pot.
