Atos, a UK & Ireland IT services company with 9,300 employees across 21 locations, faced low engagement with its existing benefits program (iChoose) and survey feedback showing 65% of staff wanted more relevant, understandable benefits. To address this, Atos partnered with Reward Gateway to launch Prosper, a new employee engagement platform and benefits hub.

Reward Gateway implemented Prosper with a targeted pre/post-launch communications plan, a diverse group of Prosper Champions, and multiple channels (eCards, roadshows, manager packs) plus features like employee discounts, peer-to-peer eCards, instantAwards™, recognition campaigns and financial wellbeing tools. The result was 90% active use in the first 12 months (40% registered in the first two weeks), month-on-month spend growth, £31 million spent through the platform by year three and £243,000 saved by employees.
