Reward Gateway created a branded wellbeing platform called The Right You, built around the Wellbeing Center, mobile access, always-on feedback, employee stories, and SmartSpending for discounts and cashback. The program was rolled out internationally after proving successful in Australia and New Zealand, and Mondelēz reported stronger awareness of its wider EVP, fantastic engagement scores over the past few years, and a noticeable upturn in business performance.
