To deliver a centralised, consistent employee experience, Babcock partnered with Reward Gateway to replace their old system with a branded, easy-to-use benefits and discounts platform (BIG Benefits) covering employee benefits, discounts and wellbeing.
Reward Gateway implemented a tailored, one‑stop‑shop portal featuring 850+ retailer discounts, holiday trading, childcare vouchers, EAP, a healthcare cash plan and a real‑time admin dashboard for customisation and analytics. Since launching in February 2020 the Reward Gateway platform has reached 53% takeup—over 10,000 employees—and continues to grow, delivering measurable improvements in engagement, visibility of savings and HR insight into benefits performance.
