Reward Gateway helped Peoplecare launch “VIP” (Very Important Peoplecarers), offering exclusive discounts at hundreds of retailers, instant social recognition through eCards (“Mwahs”) and peer‑to‑peer award nominations built into onboarding. In the first six months Reward Gateway’s platform achieved 92% employee activation, delivered $6,800+ in reported savings, enabled 1,000+ Mwahs/eCards and 65+ nominations, measurably boosting usage of recognition tools and ongoing engagement.
