Using Reward Gateway’s platform The Place to centralise benefits and an internal newsfeed, Great Place To Work rolled out tailored initiatives — two WFH days, volunteering days, “My Time” and a Live a Dream Lottery, enhanced parental leave, free breakfast and summer hours — and actively promoted them via the platform. Six months later company sales were 50% higher year-on-year, profitability reached an all-time high, staff turnover was 0%, and new hires cited the culture and benefits as a key reason for joining.
