Reward Gateway | Edenred helped GATX create the “GATX Rewards” Employee Experience Platform with peer-to-peer eCards, colleague nominations, manager award pots, and service awards redeemable through hundreds of retailers. The company also added wellbeing challenges through the platform. As a result, GATX reached 86% active users, 33% of employees sending recognition, 1,680 recognition moments in one year, and $130K shared in rewards, while survey results for employees who had been recognized in the last seven days rose 3%.
