Since implementation, GANT UK reported a 29% reduction in turnover, a Culture Index increase from 31% to 40% (9 percentage points), a +50 pulse engagement score, about $250K total spend with ~$22K savings, and additional benefits such as birthday leave and enhanced parental leave.
