A Reward Gateway Case Study

Preview of the KP Snacks Case Study

Food production company enhances employer brand and Employee Value Proposition with tailored, branded employee engagement platform, resulting in 97% registration

KP Snacks, a UK food production company with about 2,200 employees across eight sites, found from an employee survey that staff were unaware of available benefits and engagement with discounts and recognition was low—relying on paper vouchers and fragmented local schemes. To tackle this, KP Snacks partnered with Reward Gateway to deliver a tailored, branded employee engagement platform (KP4ME) that combined peer-to-peer recognition, employee rewards and discounts, mobile access and a familiar Values & Behaviours look and feel.

Reward Gateway built the KP4ME hub, consolidating benefits, wellbeing resources, a newsfeed and bespoke eCards, and launched it through V&B Champions, roadshows and targeted communications. The platform achieved rapid, measurable adoption—98% registration, 88% monthly logins, more than £716k spent in six months and over 2,500 Call Out Cards sent—significantly boosting KP Snacks’ employer brand and Employee Value Proposition.
