Shannon Medical Center, one of the largest local healthcare providers in Texas, needed a better way to connect its 4,000+ employees across 27 locations. After years of relying on email and disconnected systems, the organization turned to Reward Gateway to improve internal communications, employee engagement, and recognition for a largely frontline workforce.
Reward Gateway worked with Shannon Medical Center to build Shannon Hub, a branded platform with a company news feed, wellbeing resources, eCards, and digital awards. Six months after launch, the organization had sent almost 19,700 recognition moments, and the hub had become a central part of its communications strategy, helping senior leaders connect with staff and supporting stronger awareness of company values.
