Energy efficiency organization connects on-the-go workforce with values-based recognition platform to build a culture of continuous recognition

Lime Energy, an energy-efficiency organization of 300 employees across five U.S. locations, needed to reconnect a largely on-the-road workforce to its mission, values and improve employee satisfaction. To tackle this, Lime Energy partnered with Reward Gateway and launched a values-based recognition and communications program called Bright Stars, supported by Reward Gateway’s Connect+ mobile recognition and communications app.

Reward Gateway implemented Bright Stars with digital and values-based eCards, a social recognition wall and manager awards to spotlight exceptional contributions. The platform made recognition accessible on any device, and within the first month nearly 50% of employees sent eCards and managers issued 33 awards, increasing visibility of values-driven behavior and strengthening employee connection and engagement.
