Geberit, a construction firm of 204 employees with a spread-out workforce, needed a single, easily accessible way to improve engagement, communications and recognition for office, field and mobile staff. They partnered with Reward Gateway to deploy an employee engagement platform—branded “Splash!”—that bundles employee discounts, eCards, communications and peer-to-peer recognition to better connect and inform their people.
