Hyde Group, a social housing organisation with about 1,280 employees, faced falling uptake and static engagement on its existing perks platforms and needed better communication and awareness of offerings. To address this, Hyde Group partnered with Reward Gateway to deploy a refreshed, on‑brand employee discounts platform and engagement hub (branded “iSave”) to reinvigorate voluntary benefits and improve internal communications.
Reward Gateway implemented the new discounts platform and ongoing customised engagement programmes, making iSave accessible anytime across Hyde’s locations. Since working with Reward Gateway, Hyde Group increased overall engagement from 61% to 74%, recorded a 14% uplift in engagement for the flexible discounts platform, and now reports 74% staff satisfaction with HR initiatives.
