Reward Gateway delivered a custom engagement hub and communications campaign (including employee discounts, branded homepage, emails and induction collateral), driving rapid adoption and measurable results: registrations jumped from 36% to 48% in one month, employee platform spend rose by $89,000 year‑over‑year in February and quadrupled overall versus the prior year, and projected employee turnover fell by 20%, alongside stronger employer-brand advocacy.
