Harvard Technology faced falling engagement, low morale and rising attrition after a year of change, compounded by employees being unaware of or ineligible for existing benefits due to poor communication. To reconnect staff and rebuild trust, Harvard Technology partnered with Reward Gateway to deploy a SmartHub®-powered platform called Spotlight and run a focused pre-launch communications campaign.

Working with Reward Gateway, Harvard Technology launched Spotlight with teaser posters, briefings, leaflets and ongoing CEO newsletters to educate employees about benefits and communications. The results were immediate: 43% signed up within two days and 88% now use Spotlight, Childcare Voucher uptake doubled, Cycle to Work participation rose 500%, and overall morale and sense of shared purpose improved.
