iForce, a UK logistics services company of about 850 employees, faced low pay satisfaction but couldn’t increase salaries. Salary-sacrifice schemes weren’t viable for many lower-income staff, so iForce engaged Reward Gateway and chose its MiRewards discounts platform (alongside Childcare Vouchers) to extend employee benefits and make salaries go further.
Reward Gateway rolled out MiRewards with roadshows, 50+ programme champions and a six-week launch, achieving over 50% initial registration and reaching 550+ employees with nearly £276K in employee spend. The programme delivered more than £23K in employee savings, around £4K in insurance savings from Childcare Vouchers, and generated over £22K ROI for iForce in 2016; iForce later adopted Reward Gateway’s SmartHub/MiPlace to centralise benefits and communications.
