Customer agency uses centralized engagement platform to strengthen company culture while working remotely

C Space, a global customer agency with 350 employees across six locations, needed to bring refreshed company values to life and keep people connected and morale high when COVID-19 pushed the workforce remote. To centralize communications and recognition, C Space worked with Reward Gateway to launch a customized employee engagement platform called The Spot.

Using Reward Gateway’s platform, C Space rolled out values‑based eCards, blogs for two‑way communication, wellbeing tools and employee discounts. Recognition rose sharply (eCards increased from 60 in January to 392 in April) and 83% of employees have sent or received recognition; the platform published 204 blog posts that drove 10,822 views, 1,032 likes and 244 comments—resulting in stronger culture, visibility and collaboration across the remote organization.
