CultureNL tie branding to brand new discounts offering to consolidate employee-to-employer relationship

CultureNL, a charitable organisation of North Lanarkshire Council with 820 employees across 117 locations, needed a cost-effective way to boost engagement, reinforce its identity and reach a largely offline, diverse workforce. To help lower-paid and part-time staff access meaningful benefits and to improve communication beyond team meetings and noticeboards, CultureNL partnered with Reward Gateway and adopted its employee engagement platform, branding the new discounts hub as "Culture Vultures."

Reward Gateway implemented a branded engagement hub (with in-house design support), making employee discounts and communications easily accessible on any device, launching with a targeted campaign and internal champions to drive uptake. Within 30 days Culture Vultures had 141 employee registrations, delivered clearer, more consistent communications and stronger internal branding, and quickly became the organisation’s go-to platform for perks and updates.
