Case Study: Selco Builders Warehouse achieves 5% reduction in staff turnover and 85% engagement platform adoption with Reward Gateway

A Reward Gateway Case Study

Preview of the Selco Builders Warehouse Case Study

Building trade uses employee engagement platform to unite workforce and decreases employee turnover by 5% in the first two months of launch

Selco Builders Warehouse, a national builders’ trade company with 3,100 employees across 67 locations, faced poor internal communications and limited computer access among its largely store-based workforce. To raise awareness of staff benefits, improve engagement and reduce turnover, Selco selected Reward Gateway’s employee engagement platform, My Gateway, to deliver a tailored benefits package, recognition, discounts and streamlined communications.

Reward Gateway consolidated all offerings behind a single login and supported the launch with a “Mad March” campaign (including a “Hunt the Easter Egg” competition), manager incentives, training videos, HR terminals and registration drives. The My Gateway rollout drove registrations to 85% of staff, reduced staff turnover by 5% within two months and improved employee favorability toward benefits by 14%.
