Acro centralizes communications, discounts & more with Reward Gateway to engage 83% of workforce

ACRO Aircraft Seating, a 132-employee manufacturer, faced difficulties attracting, engaging and retaining staff — it had no intranet, limited internal communications and discounts, no recognition program, and around one-third of employees on the shop floor with no PC access. To tackle these challenges, ACRO partnered with Reward Gateway to deploy its employee engagement platform (including Employee Discounts, peer-to-peer eCards/recognition and a company blog).

Reward Gateway implemented a dedicated platform called "My Acro" that provides anytime/anywhere access to retail discounts, recognition eCards, company news, links to benefits like Childcare Vouchers and Cycle to Work, and key documents. Since launch, engagement rose from 55% registrations to 83% active participation, the "Proud to work for Acro" score increased from 77% to 84% (a 7% uplift), and employee turnover has reduced.
