LA Family Housing, a Los Angeles non‑profit of about 560 employees that supports people transitioning out of homelessness, needed to relaunch its paused staff wellbeing program and better connect employees spread across 30+ offices, shelters and remote sites. The organization sought a user‑friendly platform to drive participation in its new "Key to Wellness" program and selected Reward Gateway | Edenred’s wellbeing app for its engaging, easy‑to‑use interface.
Reward Gateway implemented the app with pre‑configured templates, campaign tools, notifications and prize‑giving integrated into LA Family Housing’s communications (newsletters, QR codes, All Staff meetings), supported by dedicated CSM assistance. Results included 50% of purchased seats filled at launch (rising to 100% within a year), about 25% staff using the app in the first months and ~27% participation the following year, increased seat purchases, stronger frontline/office connectivity and full integration of the wellness program into the organization’s EVP.
