Case Study: JCB Group achieves 100% platform engagement and four industry awards with Reward Gateway

A Reward Gateway Case Study

Preview of the JCB Group Case Study

100% engagement with platform leads to several industry awards

JCB Group, a 290-employee automotive company, faced low ratings for its benefits and recognition offering, weak internal communications, and the challenge of engaging a multi-site, age-diverse workforce. Group HR Manager Anna‑Lisa DeVoil partnered with Reward Gateway to deploy an employee engagement hub — JCB Connect — combining an employee engagement platform with recognition, discounts and communications to create unity, transparency and a central place for company news.

Reward Gateway’s solution was rolled out with in-house content, weekly updates, eCards, internal vacancy postings and promoted recognition features; 50% of employees signed up on launch day (July 2015) and the platform reached 100% engagement within seven months (January 2016). That boost in engagement helped JCB Group win four Volkswagen dealership awards and drove measurable improvements in motivation, internal mobility and new‑hire interest — outcomes attributed in part to Reward Gateway’s platform.
