View Hotels achieves year-on-year increases with Revinate, despite Covid-19

View Hotels, an Australian hotel group with properties in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, needed to protect revenue when COVID-19 sharply reduced travel. Revinate helped View Hotels migrate from MailChimp to Revinate Marketing, enabling stronger segmentation, personalization, attribution, and better use of guest data. The results were immediate: $110K in attributed revenue within a month, June website channel production up 18% year over year, unsubscribe rates down 27%, click rates more than doubled, and open rates as high as 62%.
