Revinate helped The Richardson Hotel Group shift from broad campaigns to hyper-targeted email marketing using PMS, survey, review, and outreach data. As a result, open rates nearly doubled from 21.4% in 2018 to 40.6% in 2019, with some campaigns opened by 60–70% of recipients and more than £570,000 in revenue generated in 2019.
