Mr. C Miami, a luxury hotel in Coconut Grove, struggled to personalize guest communications, especially email confirmations tied to many different rates and negotiated accounts. The hotel turned to Revinate Marketing, working with its agency partner Dragonfly Strategists, to improve guest messaging and strengthen direct revenue efforts through email marketing and a guest database.

Revinate Marketing enabled Dragonfly Strategists to build highly personalized, automated campaigns using dynamic fields, custom confirmations, and flexible content blocks for pre-arrival emails and OTA winbacks. The results were strong: Mr. C Miami reached 76% database health in 2024, surpassed $5 million in lifetime revenue, achieved 39% average open rates and 1.4% click-through rates, and generated an average of $116K per campaign and 242 room nights booked.
