After opening in 2010 the hotel struggled to gain visibility on TripAdvisor and improve guest feedback, so it turned to Revinate for a targeted reputation-management solution.

Using Revinate’s Post-Stay Surveys to collect and auto-submit guest reviews (accounting for over 40% of its feedback) and automated feedback analysis to inform operational improvements, the hotel quickly raised its average ratings across five service categories, climbed from #15 to #4 on the TripAdvisor Popularity Index, and earned the TripAdvisor 2014 Certificate of Excellence—driving more direct bookings and increased revenue.
