The July, a portfolio of premium apartment-hotels in Europe, wanted to create personalized guest email campaigns and boost direct bookings without relying on OTAs. Its team was limited by a basic email platform that mainly supported mass emails, making it difficult to engage specific guest segments or compete effectively. Revinate implemented automated and personalized marketing campaigns for The July, including birthday, winback, cancellation recovery, upsell, and welcome sequences, plus tools like A/B testing and detailed reporting. The results were strong: an automated winback campaign achieved a 76% open rate, 11% CTR, and 52 nights booked in the first two months, while the welcome sequence reached a 75% open rate and 6% CTR. Overall, Revinate helped The July improve campaign performance, with automated campaigns averaging a 63% open rate and 9.6% CTR, compared with 42% and 3% for one-time campaigns.
