Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa, a historic retreat in Warwickshire, needed a more predictable source of direct revenue after the pandemic shortened its booking window and made future occupancy harder to forecast. To address this challenge, the hotel worked with Revinate, using Revinate Marketing to help drive direct bookings and reduce reliance on OTAs.
Revinate implemented audience segmentation, safe-mode targeting for GDPR-compliant outreach, upsell offers, and automated OTA winback and “we miss you” campaigns. The hotel also used the Arrivals Report to capture guest emails and improve future direct marketing. With Revinate, Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa increased direct bookings by 77% year over year from January 2022 to January 2023 and grew revenue by more than 198%.
