The iNUA Collection, Ireland’s largest regional hotel group, wanted to turn nearly 500,000 guest profiles into a revenue-driving marketing engine while staying compliant with GDPR. To do that, the team needed a secure way to consolidate data across its 10 hotels, and it chose Revinate Marketing to help make guest data actionable for personalized marketing and direct bookings.
Revinate implemented a data-first marketing strategy that aggregated guest data, enabled segmentation, and supported automated and one-time campaigns. As a result, The iNUA Collection increased direct revenue from 13% to 20%, generated more than €5.6 million in revenue, and added about €185k in monthly online direct revenue; one-time campaigns averaged €6k and 43 room nights, while automated campaigns drove an average of 225 room night bookings.
