Belmont Hotel Manila’s secret to direct booking success

Belmont Hotel Manila, a 4-star hotel in Manila and part of Megaworld Hotels & Resorts, needed a better way to market to past guests and keep up with digital transformation goals. Before using Revinate, the team relied on manual list exports from the PMS and generic email sends, which made personalization difficult and limited engagement. They had also previously faced similar challenges with guest feedback collection and response.
