To support that vision, the hotel turned to Revinate, using Revinate Marketing and Reservation Sales to strengthen personalized guest communication and revenue generation.
Revinate helped Ambiente™ Sedona segment guests, automate email campaigns, and run outbound voice-channel sales efforts. The results were strong: monthly newsletters drove nearly $300K in room revenue, cart-abandonment emails generated close to $264K in direct bookings, and outbound revenue grew 1,800% since 2022. Overall, Revinate contributed $780K in lifetime direct revenue via email and $340K in voice-channel outbound revenue, with average campaign open rates of 49% and click-through rates of 4%.
