Attitude Hotels, a Mauritius-based hotel group, wanted to move away from pen-and-paper comment cards and ad hoc feedback to a more reliable, data-driven way to manage guest experience. With ReviewPro, Attitude Hotels integrated guest feedback and reputation metrics into daily operations and KPI dashboards, helping managers act on real-time insights and track improvements over time. After four years, all of Attitude’s 3-star hotels ranked in the local TripAdvisor top 10, including Tropical Attitude, which became the best 3-star hotel in Mauritius in 2019.
