How HD Hotels Optimized Guest Surveys to Boost Conversion & TripAdvisor Reviews

HD Hotels & Resorts, a group of four family-friendly properties in the Canary Islands, wanted to improve the performance of its guest surveys and online reviews to better understand guest expectations and support revenue growth. The company partnered with ReviewPro and used its Online Reputation Management (ORM) and Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) solutions to strengthen guest intelligence and stay competitive.

ReviewPro worked with HD Hotels & Resorts to optimize the survey journey through better email language, a Dutch-language option, a reminder email, cleaner survey design, improved question logic, and moving the TripAdvisor review request to the post-survey thank-you message. As a result, ReviewPro helped increase survey conversion from 24.4% to 35.7%, raise TripAdvisor review conversion from 8% to 18.7%, improve satisfaction from 3.8/5 to 4.4/5, boost NPS from 18.8 to 35.6, and deliver a 2.5% improvement in the Global Review Index.
