Restaurant365 automated sales polling, consolidated accounting and inventory into a single cloud database, and enabled PO-to-invoice workflows and customizable security, giving Uchi faster morning reporting, eliminated manual entry and most human errors, and tighter cost controls. The Restaurant365 integration improved KPI reporting and operational visibility, resulting in time savings, reduced discrepancies (notably on alcohol orders), and greater overall efficiency.
