Sweet Lou’s Simplifies Hiring and Increases Qualified Job Candidates

Sweet Lou’s, a two-location family restaurant in northern Idaho, faced the typical industry problem of high turnover and time-consuming hiring: posting on Craigslist and Indeed was costly, and managers spent about 45 minutes multiple times a week on orientation and paperwork. To modernize recruiting and onboarding they adopted Restaurant365 HIRE from Restaurant365 to move hiring to a cloud-based, restaurant-specific system.
