Station Casinos, a leading provider of gaming and entertainment in Las Vegas, needed a way to efficiently distribute reports and make sure employees could use those insights to improve restaurant performance across its large portfolio. To address this, Station Casinos implemented Restaurant365’s web-based above-store reporting solution across its restaurant, bar and concession operations.
Restaurant365 rolled out the solution to 183 locations, giving managers, executives and property teams easy access to benchmarking and sales/labor reports to compare outlets, pinpoint drivers of performance, and take ownership of results. The deployment improved visibility and accountability across the organization, produced a measurable cultural shift toward data-driven decision-making, and helped standardize operational best practices across Station Casinos’ food and beverage operations.
