BLCO Enterprises, a franchiser operating 29 KFC, Taco Bell and A&W locations with more than 700 employees, faced scaling pain points from using QuickBooks Desktop: heavy manual data entry from multiple systems, fragmented invoicing, 18–20 hours/week spent on bank reconciliation, and month‑end closes that could stretch four weeks. Restaurant365 implemented an integrated solution (including automated bank reconciliation, POS integration, fixed asset tracking and intercompany consolidation) with an initial four‑store rollout in under three weeks and has since been deployed across all 29 locations. BLCO estimates more than 50 hours saved per month (about 20 hours/month on bank reconciliations, 20 hours on P&Ls and 10–20 hours on AP), budget preparation time dropped from roughly 100 hours to 10 hours, and managers now access near real‑time P&Ls—delivering more accurate, timely reporting and measurable efficiency gains from Restaurant365.
