Rise Biscuits & Donuts, a fast-growing breakfast and sandwich franchise, faced operational challenges as it expanded from a single chef-run location into multiple states. With inconsistent inventory practices, no way to compare store metrics, and limited remote visibility, Rise turned to Restaurant365 (deploying RADAR and the Recipe module) to standardize processes and maintain quality across corporate and franchise locations.

Restaurant365 implemented RADAR across all stores to give Rise weekly, monthly and quarterly visibility into sales and operational trends, and used the Recipe module to reconcile purchasing versus selling down to the ounce to ensure product consistency. As a result, Restaurant365 helped streamline administrative work, reduce after-shift office hours, improve training and rollout for new franchisees, and increase communication and control across stores—enabling Rise to scale more efficiently while preserving staff work–life balance.
