A Restaurant365 Case Study
Pi Pizzeria, part of 314 Hospitality Group, faced slow, error-prone accounting and operations built on spreadsheets, paper inventory counts and manual invoice entry that consumed significant labor and left managers working with data that was a week old. To solve this, the group adopted Restaurant365’s R365 platform—using AP Automation, inventory management and the Smart Ops features—to replace paper processes and disparate systems.
Restaurant365 automated invoice import and approvals, added mobile, sheet-to-shelf inventory counts with offline autosave, and rolled out Smart Labor and scheduling dashboards so managers can act on real-time data. The change cut invoice processing from roughly an hour to about 60 seconds per invoice, eliminated a week-long lag in inventory reporting, saved multiple labor hours (previously 2–4 hours/week on invoice work), improved count accuracy with alerts, and enabled faster, cost-conscious decisions across Pi Pizzeria’s locations.
